Every year, Foodservice Equipment Reports magazine releases their annual selections for the best in tabletop and smallwares. Five smallware solutions and seven in the tabletop category stood out for their innovative, new, and problem-solving qualities.
GMV Sales is happy to have several of our tabletop and smallware manufacturers listed as award winners, and we'd like to share those with you here:
Better Burger Collection from TableCraft: Congratulations to TableCraft Products as they re-imagined traditional fast food service with a collection that recreates disposables using sturdy melamine and stainless steel. From open burger boxes to French fry boats to cups that look like they're made out of Styrofoam, these whimsical serving solutions are ideal for upscale fast casual concepts. Go serve a better burger!
TableCraft Measuring Cups: With a flexible, durable silicone body to go with a unique, easy-pour triangular shape, these measuring cups stand out from all the rest. Flexible Measuring Cups by TableCraft allow operators to measure, mix, heat and pour all with one microwave-safe container. The three sides feature easy-to-read measurement marks in oz., cp. and ml.
Edlund Portion Scales: This new entry to the water-defying portion scale field is the BRV-160W Submersible Waterproof Digital Scale. Judges admired the unit’s compact footprint and its roomy (about 7-in.W x 5½-in.D) stainless platform, which slides off for cleaning. The device displays weights of up to 10 lb., in oz., gm. or ml.
French Accents and Stoneware Inspired Porcelain from BauscherHepp: The Bauscher brand had two finalists in the tabletop category with their Fine Ornaments and Vintage Tiles collections. Fine Ornaments add a French flair to the tabletop with share plates and platters that have colorful patterns. Vintage Tiles are available in a range of patterns and colors that give chefs the power of antiquity in their plating. All pieces have high firing temperatures to protect against chipping or glaze damage.
