Kevin Golden has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry.  He has held leadership positions in purchasing and supply chain management for 3 national chains; Howard Johnson Co., Dunkin Brands Inc., and Au Bon Pain Corp.   He has been a panelist and presenter at several national foodservice industry events.  Kevin is a graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Business Administration and earned a Master of Science degree in Quality Management from Anna Maria College.


Mitch Marcotte has 13 years of experience in foodservice equipment and supplies. He is an active member within MAFSI and in 2015 joined the leadership Board of Directors. Mitch supports all levels of the supply chain for GMV, from participation in rep councils for principal factories to meeting with end user operators. Over the last 11 years, Mitch has created strong relationships with chain accounts in the region; ranging from supermarkets to QSRs. Mitch graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2005 with a degree in Economics.

Tom Vajcovec has over 30 years of experience in foodservice equipment and supply sales.  During that time, Tom has distinguished himself as a knowledgeable and versatile foodservice sales executive. Tom owned his own sales representative company, VP Northeast, for 26 years until joining Trademark Equipment and Supplies in 2008.  Tom is a graduate of Nichols College with a degree in Business Administration.


Maureen Carcione has 13 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry. Maureen excels in a vast array of administrative and customer service functions. Maureen has worked alongside of Kevin, Mitch, and Tom dating back to 2003. She most recently went back to pursue a Graduate Certificate Degree Program through Framingham State University where she is a 2005 graduate.


Jennifer Pantelakos is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She has a long history in the foodservice industry as a chef and a food broker. As a food broker, Jen worked with distribution companies, their representatives, and alongside chefs and restaurant owners in the proper selection of food items best suited for their operations. Since 2015, Jen has been a RATIONAL certified chef conducting cooking demonstrations for perspective customers as well as a trainer on operation of newly purchased Rational Self Cooking Centers. In 2017 she was certified by IRINOX to provide similar services. Jen continues to be an active Certified Chef for both IRINOX and RATIONAL.
